This means using Cannonballs, Fireworks or the Supercharge ability. Obviously, Flame and Charge attacks do nothing against these, so your only option is to crack them open with explosive force. The Sealed Chest is the hardcore version of the Strong Chest, as it doesn’t even have a padlock to open it with. To open them, you need to find the Key hidden elsewhere in the level to open them using the padlock on the front. However they look like a pirate-style treasure chest for good reason, as they hold a stash of Gems. The Strong Chest is the burlier brother of the Metal Chest, and as the name implies they cannot be broken even with a Charge attack. While they look similar to Strong Chests, they can be told apart thanks to their angular sides. Otherwise they break just like a Basic Chest, and are almost as common. These Chests are made out of silvery metal, and thus are impervious to Flame attacks. This type of Chest is weak to any type of damage, including Flaming, Charging or even nearby explosions. The Basic Chest, or just the Chest, is the most common variety in the game.
